Sound Spark is a very robust sales and marketing custom CRM that has many features designed to manage, track, and analyze the customer sales cycle from start to finish.

Manage sales reps, order admins, and other system users. Control access to assets and privileges for each user. Each user has their own CRM and can create reminders/alerts and then assign them to another user, dealer, manufacturer, product, or any other entity managed in their system.

This system has become the backbone of their company. Originally, Sound Marketing used a one-size-fits-most type of CRM to manage all their orders, quotes, dealers, manufacturers, products, and prices. They couldn’t manage opportunities or leads in their old system and it did not communicate or integrate with their email marketing platform and other software they use. 

The custom software we built to replace their old CRM communicates directly with other software they already use and aggregates that data into Sound Spark for a deep analytical dive into their marketing efforts. It made managing all of their quotes, purchase orders, dealers, manufacturers, products, contacts, opportunities, leads, meetings, incentives, and employees easier, faster, and more efficient.

Reports were hard to read and hard to create. The old system had confusing menus of reports and it was difficult to know which report you needed. Sound Spark has a built in report builder that allows them to create any type of report they need with only the information they want to see on each report. Additionally, Sound Spark has built in report batching/scheduling.

Sales reps can run and manage all their meetings with dealers and track promotions and promotional media, incentives, and any custom agenda items they create.

Users can import new price lists and products from multiple manufacturers.
